The minimax stabilizing controller description suggested in the student course paper (1984) was the first in the world consistent result in popular nowadays L-1 optimization theory. Doctoral dissertation, monographs and 20 papers in reviewed scientific journals (IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automation and Remote Control, etc.) are devoted to stochastic multidimensional optimization problems and adaptive algorithms. SPSA (Simultaneous Perturbation Stochastic Approximation) algorithms successfully applies in the wide range of problems with sufficient almost arbitrary uncertainties. There are proposed the next-generation computing devices with non-Neumann architecture, which is parallel and have asynchronous process interaction.
